We hope that this information will answer frequently asked questions regarding your upcoming visit to our office. If, after reading this, you have further questions, please call our office. APPOINTMENTSWe respect our patients' time as much as our own and we do not like to keep patients waiting unnecessarily.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to know how long each appointment will last and our complete attention is focused on each individual patient during his or her appointment. Sometimes appointments, which last longer than expected or emergency additions to our schedule, create unexpected delays in the schedule. Although delays of that type are completely unavoidable in a medical practice, you can be sure that the entire staff is dedicated to running on time and most importantly, we will focus our complete attention on you during your examination.
Other than emergencies, patients are seen by appointment only. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. On rare occasions, your call may be referred to another physician when our physicians are away from the area.
For your convenience, you also may contact us from our contact page.
A staff member will contact you prior to your appointment in order to help you complete the registration process.
